Some DISTRO_FEATURES related to systemd have been enabled in local.conf
DISTRO_FEATURES_append = " systemd"
DISTRO_FEATURES_BACKFILL_CONSIDERED += "sysvinit"
VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_init_manager = "systemd"
VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_initscripts = "systemd-compat-units"
KERNEL_FEATURES_append = " cfg/systemd.scc"

meta/recipes-core/util-linux/util-linux.inc has below codes:

PACKAGECONFIG[systemd] = "--with-systemd
--with-systemdsystemunitdir=${systemd_system_unitdir}, --without-systemd

Now I want to enable systemd feature, then I add below code to
util-linux.inc:

PACKAGECONFIG_class-target += " systemd"
)

Then bitbake util-linux
You will below errors:(I just cut out a bit)
