Could you try running this to understand where the file comes from?

I did a fresh install of my system in the summer of 2016. Since then I just 
update the system.But yes I see this header file in another machine that was 
installed more recently. At any rate.

[OpenIndiana-discuss] Greek keyboard

Hello,
I few days I updated one computer with the latestbits:
SunOS nadya 5.11 illumos-e9bacc6d1a i86pc i386 i86pc
I have noticed that the Greek keyboard is not working. In particular, I cannot 
enter accents ordialitika (two little dots above certain vowels).Also, I cannot 
type Greek letter in pluma at all!
