 hack done to fix this in 148 iirc, so the dependency is probably still
 just missing in 151.

In b148 slim_install had a dependency on gnome/theme/cursor/dmz-cursor,
in b151 it has not. Since there is already patch to nimbus making
DMZ the default theme, I've now added a direct dependency so this
should get fixed with the next rebuild.

Yes, SUNWneutral-plus-cursors was removed upstream.
