Re: [Openpbx-users] one-way audio only
I finally managed to get it working by sending the actual firewall IP address, but this is not an acceptable solution. Cristian Talle <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > Has anyone experienced the same problem? Yes, it happens to me too. http://lists.openpbx.org/pipermail/openpbx-users/2006-November/000119.html OpenPBX blindly trusts the IP the client lists in "SIP REGISTER", no matter what you put in sip.conf, and no matter how absurd (ie unroutable) that IP might be. Asterisk is smart enough to cope with this, which is why I had to switch back. - a -- PGP/GPG: 5C9F F366 C9CF 2145 E770 B1B8 EFB1 462D A146 C380 ___ Openpbx-users mailing list Openpbx-users@openpbx.org http://lists.openpbx.org/mailman/listinfo/openpbx-users
[Openpbx-users] one-way audio only
I have just installed RC1 on a test box that also has Asterisk 1.4 beta 3 installed. I have a number of SIP agents in my home office (X-Lite, AAstra 480i, etc...) registered with OpenPBX but I can only get outgoing audio, no matter what I do. The phones are behind a well-behaved Linksys firewall with NAT support. All users in sip.conf are configured with canreinvite=no and nat=yes. With the exact same users/settings if I shut down OpenPBX and start Asterisk on the same box (public/static IP, no firewall) everything works fine. Has anyone experienced the same problem? I tried setting the NAT firewall IP address to the public IP of my router (like Adam described in "Force openpbx to disregard IP listed in SIP REGISTER?") but nothing changed. ___ Openpbx-users mailing list Openpbx-users@openpbx.org http://lists.openpbx.org/mailman/listinfo/openpbx-users
