In scenario of admin continuation after headless, if saAmfClusterStartupTimeout
configures short value, then the admin continuation will initiate when
saAmfClusterStartupTimeout expires but the SU is still in OUT OF SERVICE. The
eventual result is failure of admin operation after headless.

Sometimes, the NCSMDS_UP event comes after the messages.
In this case, IMMD received the IMMD_EVT_ND2D_INTRO message before the
NCSMDS_UP event.
IMMD failed to process the intro message because the node info had not been
added to cb->immnd_tree.

The MDS messages come from 'Dsock' socket and MDS events come from 'BSRsock'.
Since MDS uses two different sockets so I think we can't fix this problem in
MDS.
IMM has to somehow handle this case.

By extending SMF configuration we allow SMF to execute procedures in a
optimised way. Today SMF can merge rolling procedures into one single step to
minimize reboots. This new ticket would give SMF the additional possibility to
have multiple single steps produced from rolling upgrades. This is in order to
keep some services up while still reducing the amount of reboots.

 (2.4 kB; text/plain)

Messages send from ntfa to ntfs via MDS
Event mds_dn send form mds to mtfs via IPC
So these message and event is managed asynchronously.
Error occurs when mds_dn of previous finalize comes after initialize msg, thus
the client will be removed at current test unexpectedly

Because of that, mds_dn event doesn't mean that mds_dest is not used now so
ntfs server could not use this event to clean up client list.

SMF already supports long DN. However there are some checks regarding AMF
related objects that does not allow some DN to be longer than 255 (RDN 64).
These tests shall be removed since AMF will support long DN from 5.1

[tickets] [opensaf:tickets] #1642 AMF: Support DNs longer than 255 bytes

Ticket [#191] introduced generic support in OpenSAF for DNs longer than 255
bytes. Each individual OpenSAF service will also have to be adapted to support
long DNs. This ticket is for AMF to support this feature.
Moreover, this ticket also contains some enhancements:
1) Refactor internal SaNameT to std::string in amfd, amfnd.
2) Refactor PATRICIA trees to std::map in amfnd.

Ticket [#191] introduces support for long DN.
This ticket adds the support for long RDN to CLM.

Today, there is no any reason for the support for long DN in CLM.
The main reason for adding support for long DN is to support long RDN. In
SaClmNode class, safNode attribute may have a hostname which can be up to 63
bytes. Together with prefix "safNode=", RDN exceedes RDN limitation of 64 bytes.

Limit of 255 bytes for DN will still remain after applying the patch. Only long
RDN will be supported.

The same limitation applies to PLM entities in CLM.
