In CLM in IMM callbacks, not allowed error codes SA_AIS_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED and 
SA_AIS_ERR_INVALID_PARAM are used.

Wrong error codes should be replaced with SA_AIS_ERR_BAD_OPERATION.
