Could you perhaps create a new member guide so we can foster and grow the community further together? Dear Martin, Marcos, Sasha, Christian and the RIPE Community, I would like to extend my congratulations to Sasha Romijn on being selected as the new Co-Chair for the Open Source Working Group. I have no doubt that Sasha will bring valuable insights and leadership to our community. I also want to express my gratitude to everyone who engaged in the process, including those who supported my candidacy. The discussions and feedback have highlighted the passion and commitment within our community, which is something we can all be proud of. The recent selection process has brought to light the need for clearer guidelines in our processes. I wholeheartedly support the initiative to address this in our next RIPE meeting and look forward to contributing to this important discussion.
