Hi,

I completed the import. Messages' translations of Nova, Glance, Keystone,
Quantum and Cinder for 9 languages (de, es, fr, it, ja, ko, pt_BR, zh_CN,
zh_TW)

Now the completion rates of these 9 languages are:
