[Openstack] Slow Instances

Hi

I have installed Folsom on one ubuntu server 12.04
my question is why instances are so slow and there is no difference between
tiny and large flavors?
Is this something normal or it depends on my configuration? (if so, please
tell me which configuration?)

it may be due to some configuration errors or also due to lack of physical
resources (servers which host compute nodes). It happened to me with less
h/w resources on compute.
