Re: [Openstack] Trove is skipped in Newton

2017-03-09 Thread Wang Sen
Hi Amrith,

Thanks for your reply.

I appreciate you very much if I can get help from my colleagues.

I have tried many ways to deploy trove, but all attempts failed to create
database instances.

1. trove-integration installation & devstack installation

Just following the trove installation docs, I deployed trove on ubuntu 14.04
with redstack. Also, I have tried to deploy trove with devstack following the
instructions of the book <>. Both of the two ways failed with
'cannot allocate network' error when creating database instance.

2. openstack Mitaka & Newton installation

https://bugs.launchpad.net/trove/+bug/1658008

3. Tesora EE 1.9

The instance will go to error state because of request timeout error.

Re: [openstack-dev] [Trove] Resource not found when creating db instances.

2017-01-18 Thread Wang Sen
Hi Matt,

Thanks for your kindly reply. I mispelled Newton in last email.

I did not meet any problems with RabbitMQ, and the nova instances works well.
From
the error log I pasted, it seems something goes wrong when novaclient is trying
to
communicate with nova api.

[openstack-dev] [Trove] Resource not found when creating db instances.

2017-01-18 Thread Wang Sen
Hi all,

I met the resource not found error when I'm creating a database
instance. The instance stays on build status and turns to error status
after timeout.

I know trove is not ready for neuton. Is there a work around for this
issue ? Thanks in advance.

Below is the detailed information.
