Since I'm not going to be at summit and since I care about the forthcoming in-tree testing stuff I was asked to write down some thoughts prior to summit so my notions didn't get missed. Since it is a _design_ summit after all I figured I'd take a pretty far out position so we can go from there to some kind of middle ground. The notes are at:
