No question that it needs to happen asap.  If we're talking about milestones, 
though, and icehouse-1 patches need to be in by Tuesday, I don't think 
icehouse-1 is realistic.  It will have to be early in icehouse-2.

I'm thinking this could be a task for those not involved in fixing race 
conditions, and be done in parallel.  I guess that would be for icehouse-1 
then?  My hope would be that the early signs of race conditions would then be

I have been doing so in the number of patches I pushed to reduce error
traces due to the communication between server and dhcp agent.

I wanted to take care of the l3 agent too, but one thing I noticed is
that I couldn't find a log for it (I mean on the artifacts that are
published at job's completion). Actually, I couldn't find an l3 agent
started by devstack either.

Am I missing something?

Perhaps it's because the l3 agent log it's now named q-vpn.log, if the vpn
service is enabled as well.
