The Glance team has weekly meetings just like the Oslo team. You’ll find the details about the time and agenda on eavesdrop.openstack.org <http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/>. I think it would make sense to add an item to the agenda for their next meeting to discuss this issue, and ask for someone to help guide you in fixing it.
