I noticed that the report-a-bug feature was giving wrong information for the Neutron api-guide, it missed to give the giturl and SHA of latest commit.
This comes from not fully initialising the openstackdocstheme. I fixed this for neutron-lib with change https://review.openstack.org/534666 . If you're interested in having correct information, check our setup, especially for api-ref and api-guide documents, and review the content of the report a bug link (click on the "Bug" icon in the upper right corner).
