Is this really a Glance question? If so, the Glance v2 API doesn't currently 
provide
a way to upload an image by specifying a URL (ie there's no equivalent to v1's 
copy-from).

upgraded to liberty we noticed it broke because the client's defaulting to v2 
now. How do you do image upload via http with v2? Is there a different
