[openstack-dev] [cinder] Weekly Meeting Back-on 11/15/2017 ...
Team, Just a reminder that we will now return to our regularly scheduled weekly Cinder meetings starting 11/15/2017. I hope you all enjoyed a little break and thank you to whoever updated the etherpad for 11/8. :-) An important reminder to everyone in the US (and possibly elsewhere) that the meeting is now an hour earlier due to Daylight Savings Time kicking in. So, please check your calendars and make sure to join at the right time. Please update the etherpad with your topics! [1] Thanks! 04:00 or 05:00 UTC would basically preclude European participation for most people... that's 4 am for Dosaboy and myself for example. Alternating meetings on different weeks would probably work, though we would need to encourage people to get stuff on the agenda in advance rather than an hour before the meeting, so that people can send their comments ahead if they can't attend. A large number of folks are already in time-zones that are not friendly to our current meeting time. I'm wondering if there is enough of an interest to move the meeting time from 16:00 UTC on Wednesdays, to 04:00 or 05:00 UTC? Re: [openstack-dev] [cinder] weekly meeting
For me, 4/5 is currently 6/7AM. An hour later when daylight savings messes things up. Exactly wake up/get ready/kid to school/me to work time. I'd rather leave it as is (6/7PM depending on daylight savings). If you alternate, I may have to miss some. John, I am flexible. I am fine with trying to move the time to 04:00 or 05:00 UTC or we can alternate.
