[openstack-dev] [glance] multi-tenant store in Juno

All,

On my devstack setup neither image upload or image download work
for the Swift multi-tenant store in Juno (I'm getting E500s).

I'd be interested if someone can confirm.

With these changes upload/download worked for me:

glance upload

The fixes look legit.

I guess this was not caught in the gate because we're not testing
multi-tenant upload there, right? Any chance we can enable this?
