Sorry to resurrect this almost a year later! I've recently run into this issue, and it does make logging into Windows instances, via the console, quite challenging. I'm wondering if this is something that should go into Horizon or into spice-html5 itself? I noticed this was fixed in ovirt ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1014069), similar to how I imagine it would be fixed in Horizon. However, this would mean if, for whatever reason, you aren't using Horizon and get the link directly via nova (using get-spice-console) you wouldn't get the ctrl-alt-del button. Is there a reason it wouldn't go into spice-html5, or that making this change in Horizon would be a better change? __ OpenStack Development Mailing List (not for usage questions) Unsubscribe: openstack-dev-requ...@lists.openstack.org?subject:unsubscribe http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-dev
Re: [openstack-dev] Missing button to send Ctrl+Alt+Del for SPICE Console
This sounds like a reasonable thing to open a bug against Horizon on Launchpad. [openstack-dev] Missing button to send Ctrl+Alt+Del for SPICE Console
Hello Stackers! I'm using SPICE Consoles now but, there is no button to send "Ctrl + Alt + Del" to a Windows Instance, so, it becomes very hard to log in into those guests... Can you guys enable it at Horizon?! Tks! Thiago ___ OpenStack-dev mailing list OpenStack-dev@lists.openstack.org http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-dev
