[openstack-dev] Multiple delete of network through CLI is not available as of now

Hello,

I am monika. new to the openstack community.Having working experience in
Python. I was going through the the neutron use-cases I observed that we
can delete multiple network at a time through the dashboard but the same is
not possible through the command line.

But in the ironic component multiple delete feature is available through
the command line.

So may I propose this as a blueprint.
