You'll need to propose a change that removes the '-nv' from your
project(s) configuration when you are ready to make python3.5 jobs
voting. An example change can be found at

Do we need to do anything to move the job to voting, or will this happen
automagically?

New images for Xenial have been build and have been uploaded, first
tests are passing. You should now be able to check python35 jobs for
anything that's starting now.

Note: If it fails with the above error, you might have had an older
image and need to recheck,

Note that currently *all* python35 and python35-db jobs will fail, we
need to build new xenial images first. This might take until tomorrow
this time.

Error message is
"Package php5-cli is not available, but is referred to by another package."
