There is also a proposed cross-project session on normalizing the keystone 
catalog (at the summit in Vancouver). This fits into that discussion nicely.

[openstack-dev] RegionOne vs. regionOne

Hi,

Currently we have some parts of OpenStack that use regionOne while
others use RegionOne

Now, I know that consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds[1], but
I think in this situation it's worth going through and settling on one
way. I've pushed a patch to the install guide fixing the convention, and
will go through and fix other instances.
