I'm not sure why/how but you seem to have an encoded URL for this [1] 
link, which when I was using it redirected me to my own dashboard in 
storyboard. The real link, 
https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/worklist/493, does work though. Just 
FYI for anyone else having the same problem.
