[OpenStack-Infra] OpenStack jobs board not posting new submissions
Hi all - About a week ago we submitted a new job to www.openstack.org/jobs and it hasn’t yet been posted online. It appears the last job to get posted was 21st June. Is someone able to check what’s going on with the jobs board, or is this not in your domain? Many thanks, Stig ___ OpenStack-Infra mailing list OpenStack-Infra@lists.openstack.org http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-infra
Re: [OpenStack-Infra] Planet feed on the blink
We fell foul of this Ansible issue: https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/18996 <https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/18996> And now with a workaround our blog syndication is back up and running. [OpenStack-Infra] Planet feed on the blink
Hi all, Can anyone help me with restoring our blog feed on planet.openstack.org? Our blog ("StackHPC team blog") is not getting syndicated. In the planet.openstack.org page source, it's tagged with "internal server error" - is that something we can fix or the result of a transient outage, or…? It seems like there are 26 blog feeds currently in this state (ours has been like it for a few weeks at least). Is this a known issue, and what needs doing to fix it? Many thanks, Stig ___ OpenStack-Infra mailing list OpenStack-Infra@lists.openstack.org http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-infra
[OpenStack-Infra] New IRC channel for Scientific WG
Hello Infra team - A lot of our WG’s benefit is as a forum for information sharing, and some members would like to chat outside of the AOB slots in our meetings. Would it be possible to create an IRC channel for our WG, and if so what should I do to see it through? Many thanks, Stig ___ OpenStack-Infra mailing list OpenStack-Infra@lists.openstack.org http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-infra
[OpenStack-Infra] Tri-Weekly IRC meetings?
Hi All - In the Scientific WG we now have 3 co-chairs - one in Australia, one in the USA and one in the UK. We are interested in arranging IRC meetings in 3 time zones, ie tri-weekly time slots. Is that achievable? One potential issue I can see is that scheduling a tri-weekly slot would conflict with other meetings on a bi-weekly spacing. Any thoughts on doing this? I assume it isn’t the first time this request has come up. Re: [OpenStack-Infra] MeetBot taking unauthorised vacation
I think our meeting ran over time and the openstack bot exited at 1 minute past the end of the meeting. So it’s quite likely there were supposed to be no meetings happening at that time, although in reality we were still at it. [OpenStack-Infra] MeetBot taking unauthorised vacation

[OpenStack-Infra] Tools for tracking the Scientific WG
Hi All - Blair and I are co-chairs of the new Scientific WG, and currently we are looking at setting up some good processes for WG communication. One possibility I’m considering for mapping tasks and tracking progress on the activities of the working group would be to use Storyboard. As I understand it the Infra team use Storyboard, can anyone comment from experience on whether Storyboard would be a good choice for tracking the activities of a working group?
