If the job runs on the periodic queue for the neutron-dynamic-routing

Hi infra team,

I added the new periodic job for neutron-dynamic-routing[1] and
it also can display results to grafana.

Currently openstack-health[2] works good but grafana[3] seems not to
work.
Can you tell me the reason?
