This mailing list is used to coordinate the efforts to produce OpenStack
software: things like Gerrit and Zuul. Unfortunately this means we are not in a
great position to help debug OpenStack installations. For that you should send
mail to openstack-disc...@lists.openstack.org instead.

For one of the most common reasons, in fact: the #startmeeting was
issued by ifat_afek_ but the #endmeeting by ifat_afek (no trailing
underscore), who was not a meeting chair. The meetbot is not
designed to automatically track nick changes over the course of a
meeting.

After 60 minutes from the time of the #startmeeting, the meetbot
will accept a #endmeeting from anyone, even if they're not chairing.

It seems that gerritbot for some unknown reason saw and recorded the
"#endmeeting", but did not act on it. The meeting was ended a couple
of hours later when someone tried to start a new meeting and the bot
advised to do "#endmeeting" first. At that time also the html files
seem to have been generated properly.

Well, someone tried to say “Hi” in Chinese – could it be that? ☺
I also see that some of my characters turned our wrong. Don’t know why.
Anyway, if the text file is there (I didn’t notice it), then I guess it’s good
enough.

Thanks,
Ifat.
