[Openstack-operators] [osops] No Meeting this week..

2016-04-17 Thread Joseph Bajin
OSOps,

I'm thinking it may be good to cancel this week's OSOps meeting and just
meet during the summit. We have 3 sessions that surround the topics that
we have been talking about and I hope we can get some more topics as well
as participation next week.

Here are the details for the sessions at the summit:

* Monday - 2:00-2:40 - MR409 - OSOps [1]
* Monday - 2:50-3:30 - MR409 - OSOps  [1]
* Monday - 3:40-4:20 - MR406 - Requests for Enhancement Process [2]

I've added links for the etherpads as well.

If you have topics that you would like to bring up, please add them to the
etherpads.

Thanks

Joe

Re: [Openstack-operators] [Neutron] Operator Pain Points

2016-04-17 Thread Joseph Bajin
Hi Carl,

This is great..

We also have two sessions going on for Operators in hopes to determine the
best methods for gathering these types of requirements. This is to help
Operators get them to the right people as well as ways for the Operators to
track these for follow-up. The two sessions we are hosting are:

* Roadmap Feedback Request from Ops
* OSOps

Both of these are being held on Monday. It would be great to have not only
just Operator representation but Dev people as well. We have also created
two additional etherpads for these meetings as well. You can find them
here[1] and here [2].

Re: [Openstack-operators] Draft Agenda for AUS Ops@Summit

2016-04-17 Thread Tom Fifield
Entirely possible ... if we can find a slot that has fewer conflicts
than these two ;)

Suggestions, anyone?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for organizing the schedule. Is possible to move the Ops: Docs or
the Ops: Liberty upgrade session to a different timeslot ? I know a few
people who would like to attend both sessions.

Thanks!

All,

just a quick note to say this is now on the official agenda:

Don't forget to download your summit app - it has caching magic.
