Subject: [PATCH] build: disable unloading of libtss2-tcti-tabrmd.so
If the dynamic library is unloaded with dlclose(), it cannot be
loaded with dlopen() again, it will segfault with a "cannot register
existing type" GLib error.
Fixes #545.
