[Openvpn-users] Windows installers - Typo in the license agreement
To: Samuli Dearie, Could you please update the year 2010 to 2014 in the license agreement of the Windows installers? End users can't agree to abide by a license agreement when the licensor has been non-existent since 2011. Regards. -BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Hi Lisa, Good idea. However, that will require editing a file in the OpenVPN Git repository, which means it's best to postpone the fix until the next OpenVPN release. What if you provided us with a patch that fixes this and any other copyright year issues you might find? In other projects I have stumbled across headers using wrong FSF address. The proper address should be available in recent COPYING files from the autoconf package (IIRC, should be an address in Boston, Franklin street). - -- kind regards, David Sommerseth To: Samuli Dearie, Could you please update the year 2010 to 2014 in the license agreement of the Windows installers?
