ooops, please check with nuwiki.openwrt.org, because DNS is not switched
yet and will take some time.

 http://nuwiki.openwrt.org/DropbearPublicKeyAuthenticationHowto

You should replace the string redirect in the rewrite line with a permanent

 fixed :)

Can you confirm that with the nuwiki tld?
That would only be needed on oldwiki, if the few links to the oldwiki
 should
 be kept alive.
they will be staying alive, we have moved oldwiki into an own read-only
namespace on nuwiki. hence the efforts. so, as soon as the DNS is
switched, all old sites will still be available in good shape via
 nuwiki :)

Still no change in behaviour of http://wiki.openwrt.org links.

 Folks,

Been following this link, and for kicks read the above
DropbearPublicKeyAuth... doc. Didn't see an author link, and would
like to correct the section Disable password login. Best not to
change the startup script, but change the /etc/config/dropbear option
PasswordAuth 'on' from on to off and restart dropbear.

 Ciao,

It's correct for White Russian (still used by a lot of people, e.g. me)
and maybe Kamikaze 7.
For Kamikaze 8 you are right.

Maybe there should be a guideline or document structure to support
multiple versions of OpenWrt in the Wiki.
Example: explain for current stable version, then explain differences
for old versions, at last for unstable versions.

Just my two cents

Put the attached PHP script on oldwiki.openwrt.org and add a config line like

done in nginx with the following rule:
rewrite ^/([A-Z].*) /oldwiki/$1 redirect;

should work, please report if problems occur.

There is only one search field and it is placed exactly at the same
place the search bar is on the OpenWrt website. The action buttons are
at the sidebar to have a consistent layout.
