In the unlikely case an IP address is actually needed in a certificate a 
profile this SAN type can be referenced via san_ipv4 in a subject style.

Examples are included in the community configuration in the "advanced" subject 
style, aptly named as "Extended naming (expert use only)" in the GUI.
