issue with Fuel was fixed in upstream repositories and we can remove
notification about workaround from the download page. Official Mirantis
technical bulletin was published explaining the issue [0].

The issue has gone after updating (by hand) of releng repo on CI host.
I guess CI/infra team should take of it and get the reason why we've
