Duration is 6-12+ months.



I need 2 Software Test Engineers with Java/Junit/Selenium development for
our client Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN. This is a testing role but
must have the development exp. We are willing to look at developers who are
willing to be testers fulltime. Selenium is also used a lot in this
environment.



Please, please read carefully.

These are testing roles that will have a development piece to it. The
development is not for developing the application but instead is used for
testing it. We need candidates that have and can test at the Java
endpoint/API level. I will look at developers who are willing to be testers.
This is a long term project so I do not want any developers only want to
develop and who will get bored testing. There is a lot of development
experience needed but it is only used to test the application and not to
develop the application.  I need people to see the project through.



The big hang up on candidates so far has been their ability to lead
themselves. We need candidates who can work independently and who are people
who go find their own work and not wait for the work to be handed to them.
We need people who can communicate clearly.



These people will need to be able to get Java endpoints from the developers
and create tests around that. They will have to be able to, in an interview,
share technical problems they have found on their own and then share, in
detail, how they solved them. The client uses Selenium a lot in this
environment so that’s a plus to have.





The attached Technology Questions form MUST be filled out in detail and sent
back with your submittal. The client will not look at anyone with out the
questions answered. This is how they are evaluating candidates more quickly
and speeding up the interview process. We are getting quick feedback on all
candidates submitted. The client will interview and hire over the phone.



To summarize:

Must be a tester or developer willing to test fulltime.

Must have Java programming exp and have used it to test at the endpoint/API
level.

Must communicate well.

Must have leadership qualities.

 we have an immediate need for contract Linux/AIX Administrators for a large
pharmaceutical company with offices in Fort Worth Texas.

Our client has an infrastructure which runs on VMWare and is approximately
65% Linux (Suse/SLES 9, 10, moving to 11) with 300 VM's in our VMWare
cluster.

 They have a TMS(IBM Solution) initiative that is just past server
installation which will have the current Administration team occupied for
the duration of this install for the enterprise. These contract positions
will assist in administering and monitoring a fully prepared queue.
The candidate must have experience in Linux (Suse/SLES 9, 10, moving to 11)
multiple flavors of Unix VMWare and AIX administration and troubleshooting
AIX virtualization experience.

That will be a job requirement for this position. Also, SAN experience would
be highly preferred, especially EMC. Lastly, enterprise backup software
experience such as IBM TSM, Symantec Netbackup or Legato Networker are
desired.

Knowledge of network troubleshooting methodologies is a plus

indications are that the contract will be extended and if this happens this
role would be extended for another year into 2013.

The Lead Java Developer/Designer will be responsible for execution of the
more complex functional and technical requirements into application code,

*We need another developer to help support the Drupal effort in the
Entertainment area.  We now have TheSmokingGun, NbaHoopTroop, TeamCoco and
are working on a Turner.com conversion, along with working with TBS/TNT to
look at potential conversions to Drupal of smaller sites in their area.  We
currently only have one Drupal person on the staff to manage all these
projects, and TeamCoco is asking for major efforts for the next 6 months.
 Based on 1/2 a person per site, we are exceeding our capacity and need to

Section C - Position Description
This position will be a developer supporting TheSmokingGun, TeamCoco,
NbaHoopTroop, Turner.com and upcoming efforts with TBS/TNT for minisites in
their areas.  It will be used to respond to enhancement and problem requests
for all these sites.  The position will also manage the client relationships
and vendor relationships to set priority and work the issues in a timely
manner  The position will be used to adjust the workings of the Drupal back
end in conjunction with the cacheing environment to produce a consistent,
accurate and responsive site.  This may also require that services outside
of Drupal be set up, configured and interfaced with the site through
techniques such as Ajax.  The position will also coordinate with the SDI
team to use their products, the Ads team for advertising, and the CVP/Video
team for video services.

Section D - Qualifications (background, education, experience, and other
requirements)
 The position will require an individual who has worked in a Drupal
environment for at least one year.  The skill set will require the knowledge
of how Drupal is configured and administered.  The individual will need to
know PHP and have understanding of how Drupal modules are developed.  The
individual should understand Drupal theming.  The individual will need a
solid understanding of Javascript and CSS.  The individual will be working
with SVN as a source control system, so knowledge of CVS or SVN is expected.
 The application runs in a linux environment, so knowledge of Unix/Linux,
shell scripting, cron jobs are expected.  Knowledge of MySQL and how to
query and adjust the database is required.  If the person has java/Oracle
skills, it would be a plus.

We are looking for a WebSphere Portal  Server 7 developer/administrator who
has experience in the configuration of a new implementation of WebSphere
Portal 7. This position will be to support our technology team in the rapid
development of highly scalable and robust web applications as we look to
migrate to WPS. An ideal candidate would be experienced in implementing
ColdFusion portlets on WPS.



Technical Competencies:

· 3+ years experience WebSphere Portal Services (ideally 7.0, but
will consider candidates with 6.0 or 6.1 who are willing to learn 7)

· 5+ years Web Development with 2 years of SOA experience desired

· Must have at least 5 years of Web Development with 2 years of JSF
experience in Portlet environment

· Development of end-to-end architecture of component-based, service
oriented web application framework using J2EE and Websphere Portal Platform

· Must have worked with AJAX frameworks, Javascript, and Stylesheets

· Strong Analytical skills

· Great communication skills to effectively work in a virtual team

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for administration of PeopleSoft Tools and Applications.

• Responsible for providing daily system support and maintenance on
PeopleSoft Finance/Supply Chain, HCM/HR, Portal, and EPM applications.
