*Job Title: IBM Sterling Commerce Consultant *
Location:   Brentwood, TN
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

*Required background:*
IBM Sterling Commerce technical analyst
Experience: 4 – 5 years
Strong technical resource with hands-on experience on
IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.3
IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.1
IBM Sterling Call Center for Commerce v 9.3
Responsible for resolving / fixing issues / incidents reported for Sterling
OMS and Call center in production environment.  Will require on-call /
off-hour support for critical production incidents.
Responsible for working on minor enhancements / projects end to end –
defining solution, coding, testing, deployment.
Responsible for Sterling deployments and support for clients
Development/Test/QA environments
Work with Client Managers for planning and stake holder communication
Communication with offshore team through mail, calls on regular basis.
Co-ordinate work being done by the team at offshore.
Weekly and Monthly Status reporting
Documentation and Process improvements
