Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.The purpose of this request is to procure Business Data Analysis Services for implementing an upgrade to the Small Contracting Program for the Civil Rights Office. The Office is in need of temporary assistance for phone support to vendors attempting to register for the program. In addition, the Office is in need of help producing fairly complex reports required by the Director's Office and the Oregon Legislature. The reporting requires a skillset in SQL commands.
