“assembly line” process.  Taking on all the development fundamental
responsibilities.
Core Java Codes is what we are looking for- strong fundamentals
(Collections/Multi-threading/Design Patterns/etc)  need to be able to white
board all of this stuff.
Pretty much just Spring core java, some UI is helpful

Roles and Responsibilities:
Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming
to satisfy business requirements.
Focus on full SDLC

Additional Skills:
Spring, Hibernate, jQuery, CXF
Restful Web Services
