Responsible for all project related activities
•Work with the client along with lead and business analyst to understand
the business needs and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) of the
project and
direct project or module lead in project planning, scheduling and
requirement clarification
•Manage allocation, utilization cost, time schedules and standards with
well defined milestones
•Supervise Systems Analysts/Senior Systems Analysts/Associate Project
Managers to execute and deliver the project according to requirements
specifications
•Estimate and work with other managers to finalize the resource count
•Identify the backup(s) for the key resources in the project from function
as well as management point of view
•Coordinate with IT supporting teams to meet the project IT systems and
service requirements
•Review and conduct regular team meetings with key resources in the project
and ensures that progress of the project is per schedule
•Report the progress of the project as per established guidelines and
mitigate the bottlenecks while executing the project plan
•Act as a connecting pin between on-site and off-shore teams and escalate
the issues for timely resolution
•Ensure the interaction between project team with other support teams like
Software Quality Assurance, Test Consultancy Group etc for smooth progress
of project
•Ensure quality and other established standards and deliverables are as per
the project schedule
•Must be able to relocate as needed by the company
Perform other duties as assigned

*2)Title:Tableau Lead/ Tableau Admin*
*Location :Santa Clara, CA*
*Duration :6-12 months.*
*Job Description :*
This person should be able to manage and expand current tableau
environment.
Should be able to advice on complex visualizations,can design and implement
tableau security,work with other team members to establish right physical
architecture/layout.
Must have skills
•9- 12 years progressive experience in deploying & maintaining analytic
solutions, with at least 3 -5 years on the Tableau
•Must have performed administrative and support activities across a
multi-environment Tableau infrastructure including security
administration,release management,troubleshooting
and general systems maintenance Must have implemented Tableau security on
data as well dashboard/worksheet/report using Tableau server/desktop
•Extensive hands-on experience server level experience on Windows and Linux
servers
•Very good problem solving skills
•Minimum 3-5 years working with Tableau, creating visuals, building
dashboards, and customization to meet needs of end-user
•Experience with designing complex dashboards taking advantage of all
tableau functions including data blending, actions, parameters,etc.
•Experience with connecting to multiple data sources including Oracle, MS
Access, SQL Server, Excel and others
•Ability to use custom SQL for complex data pulls
Nice to have skills
•Experience on other BI tools like OBIEE (Oracle BI) is plus
•Experience integrating Tableau into various external environments (such as
websites, sharepoint, other apps etc.)
•Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, Javascript is plus
•Nice to have Data Warehouse and ETL skills with one of ETL tool experience
•Nice to have analytical skills.
•Experience with metadata repositories

•Lead Apttus CLM functional design and owning the end to end design
process.
•Providing consultative inputs on best practices and application of Apttus
CLM tool
•Managing technical scope and client expectation.
•Must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering session, write
requirements and technical architecture documents and manage the
integration
•Leading business requirements gathering sessions and owning end to end
requirements documents.
•Responsible for providing hands-on expert level assistance to developers
for technical issues.
•Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality
solution is delivered.
•Strong in Force.com development, Salesforce.com integration and extension,
features, designing solutions, using Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce and
other tools that extend the product
*Required Skills/Experience:*
•*Minimum 12-15 years’ experience as a team member of successful software
project implementations related to SAAS, CRM or ERP and minimum 8 years’
experience in the capacity of a Salesforce Consultant*
*•Minimum of 1 -2 year experience on Apttus CLM tool.  Or atleast 3
distinct implementations of Apttus CLM.*
•Strong experience in delivering projects in the Contracts Lifecycle
Management functional area
•Ability to define and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
