Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
Tracking through application development methodologies using the knowledge
of IBM WebSphere Portal architecture & functional components.
Participate in design and requirement understanding workshops.
Coding, unit testing & participation in code review and assign work
packages leading the team members on development cycles.
