Enterprise Data Warehouse (Design, Develop and Test)
Knowledgeable in Dimensional Modeling
Knowledgeable in Source to Target Mapping
Knowledgeable in Data Architecture Standards
Database design/profiling in (SQL Server or DB2 or Oracle or Teradata)
Healthcare Medical Claims
Understanding of Clinical Concepts
EHR / EMR

Required Skills and Qualities:
• 5+ Years of experience in analyzing, designing, developing and testing in
a Healthcare Enterprise Data warehouse environment
• Experience in dimensional modeling concepts, source to target mapping and
Data Architecture standards is a must
• 5+ Years of database design and data profiling experience in at least one
of the following databases in preferably –SQL Server, DB2, Oracle or
Teradata
• Excellent SQL programming skills and understanding of stored procedures
used in data management systems
• Highly motivated self-starter willing to work in a very fast paced
environment
Preferred Skill Sets:
• Experience with healthcare medical claims and administrative data is
highly preferred
• Experience with clinical data clinical management data from EHRs
(Electronic Health Records and EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) is a plus
• Experience in Clinical Concepts like Patients, Encounters/Visits,
Diagnosis, Procedures, Lab Results, Medication, Medical Orders is a plus
• Experiences in Data Architecture space is preferred
• B.S. degree in Computer Science
Role and Responsibilities:
• Profile administrative, clinical, and financial data sources to review
data quality, data integration mapping requirements and data lineage to
reports/analytics
• Perform source to target mappings of the medical claims and clinical data
to the data warehouse based on the documented requirements
• Assist with testing activities by writing scripts to tie data out between
the data warehouse and external reporting systems
• Communicates status of the team to the client Project Manager, including
status, issues and other needs
• Works effectively with virtually every role across the team (i.e., data
modelers, business analysts, developers, and testers)
• Manages day-to-day task assignments independently
• Reviews the work of team members in terms of technical quality and
completeness
• Validate that the business requirements are complete, consistent,
concise, and technically achievable.
• Responsible for collaborating with business architects, business analysts
to resolve gaps between the business requirements and ETL and Reporting
design specifications and ensuring these decisions are documented
