With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a
specific group of customers on business applications,

infrastructure and technology related activities.  Acts as a project team
member, specifically on requirements definition and

testing activities. Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and
follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution.

Assists customers on their migration to new or revised products,
applications and platforms.  Works with application

developers and operations personnel to support production applications and
customer-specific operations.  Significant

creativity is required.

Looking For BA with Healthcare Background and They Should Have Worked As A
PM.

Position: Business Analyst
Location: Southfield, MI
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Note: !!! Must Need Local For F2F Interview !!!

Required Skills:
A minimum of Two (2) – Four (4) years of practical experience in using and
applying process improvement best practices and technologies/methodologies
in a structured environment.
Four (4) years experience in a Health Insurance Environment or related
insurance experience.
Experience with workflow development
Current state and future state mapping

Knowledge:
Knowledge of classic Business Process Improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of managed care principles and high-level understanding of
managed care business functions (e.g. Sales, Membership & Billing, Claims
and Medical Management)
Knowledge of project management principles.
Word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and presentation software.
