Job Responsibilities .Work closely with other Business Systems Analysts, Development, Quality Assurance, and Tax Research to drive functional designs. .Partner with SAP Ariba on solution design, detailed process flows, and assist in technical deep dives .Review and analyze existing integrations and business processes and develop approaches for improving or further leveraging these systems. .Work closely with development partners in building robust solutions. .Prepare detailed Functional Specification documentation with use cases, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents to explain requirements internally and externally. .Support the product development process, working closely with Development, QA and Documentation teams throughout the whole product life cycle, validating feature functionality, as well as preparing the rest of the organization for product release. .Assist with end-user documentation, process flows, specifications, and diagrams to provide direction to customers, partners and professional services, and support teams. .Become familiar with ERP application configuration settings and options of at least two ERP systems. .Maintain a solid working relationship with all departments within the organization, including Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, Professional Services and Tax Research and partner relations. .Support product rollouts and implementations as domain expert and/or primary business interface to other parties. .Follow product into the field to ensure customer success, providing business and data integration expertise to customers, partners and internal professional services personnel as needed. .Assist in providing 3rd level support and training to Customer Support, Professional Services, and integration partners.
