Drives business team members to define business needs through utilization of effective elicitation techniques 2. Supports documentation of business processes and process flows 3. Responsible for developing business requirements for source to target mapping from the current EDW to the FARM data model 4. Analyze data to support profiling and drive out an understanding of data for source to target mapping 5. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing cross project dependencies 6. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing to resolution, cross project risks and issues 7. Responsible for analyzing impact of significant changes to project scope, timeline, and resources 8. Responsible for reviewing business requirements to ensure they have been well-defined and cover the scope of the project 9. Analyze and support creation and management of implementation plans to ensure defined business requirements will be met 10. Supports development of detailed project schedules; supports management of planning, documentation and execution 11. Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, information interpretation, and results measurements are employed. 12. Primary liaison with business partners and may serve as the "Subject Matter Expert " (SME) and provides business knowledge as needed. 13. Supports planning and implementation of projects and strategic initiatives for the program 14. Perform other duties as assigned *Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years of functional/professional experience. Experience in Banking recommended. Experience in Finance or Risk a plus. 5+ years of business analysis and/or PM experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and methodology documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is highly desired. Business Process mapping experience using tools such as MS Visio.
