Job Title: Business Analysis With *SQL, HealthCare* Location: Santa Ana, CA Duration: 12+ Months *Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL Server skills and healthcare industry* Job Responsibilities: Own the ASM (Alternative Submission Method) submission processing for the XLHealth business. Partner with ASM (Alternative Submission Method) technical teams on resolving Operational issues. Work directly with internal and external ASM (Alternative Submission Method) stakeholders to develop and implement documented business requirements. Execute the Microsoft SQL Server SSIS packages as per schedule to deliver the CMS submission data. Participate in the evaluation, redesign and modification of existing program logic (SSIS packages) to support change and improve overall system performance. SQL Server query to develop and perform analysis on ASM submission reporting, processing issues and client inquires. Support business process audit controls and requirements. In addition the individual in this role will also need: Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server. Skills to work within a fast paced environment and the ability to work through ambiguous situations. The ability to communicate with Senior Management regarding requests for status reporting and specific Trading Partner/Submitter quality metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills as this position works directly with internal and external Submitters. Work with technical partners regarding business requirements for future submission enhancement releases. Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems. Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analysis. Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues Works with less structured, more complex issues. Serve as a resource to others Ability to work in an environment where work is self-directed and not prescribed.
