*The ideal candidate will have experience with PeopleSoft Financials
(Supply Chain) v8.9 or greater.*
*Responsibilities:One of our largest clients in Boston, MA is seeking a
Senior Software Developerfor Financials / Supply Chain 8.9 with extensive
experience in PeopleSoft applications and development.The right candidate
will possess a strong functional and technical backgroundand will have
demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects with Agile/Scrum
ideology.*
*Duties:Gather and document technical requirementsConceptualize, analyze,
design, develop, and implement soundsolutions in PeopleSoft Financials
Supply/Chain v8.9 independentlyFollow team software development
methodologyAbility to multi-task, provide routine status updates to lead
and stakeholders, and meet project deadlinesCreate user and system
documentation to include procedures, instructions, test scripts, etc.Basic
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant
experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills, with both
technical and non-technical individualsAptitude for PeopleSoft
Financial/Supply Chain Management modules, emphasison General Ledger,
Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounts Payable, CommitmentControl,
Purchasing, eProcurement, eSupplier, Strategic Sourcing, Asset Management,
and ContractsProficiency with application design and data modeling.
Including in-depth knowledgeof applications, interfaces, workflow, and
report development using all technical toolsprovided by
PeopleSoft: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integration Broker,Application Engine,
File Layouts, PS Query, nVision, CrystalAbility to work independently and
in a collaborativeenvironment with a wide variety of stakeholders and users*
