Please reply with your updated resume and contact details. ** *Title: SQA - Automation Engineer* *Location: San jose* *, OR* *Duration: long term * *Description:* 1) Proficient in using ** *Putty* in serial connection or ssh. 2) Knowledge on *Linux kernel*, gcc compilation and commands. 3) Basic *Embedded domain knowledge* of hardware components and the functionalities (Ex: web sockets, network, ADC, i2c, SPI etc.) 4) Proficient in writing the code in* C/C++/Java Script* (any or most) for the embedded development. 5) Working knowledge on *Python/Perl* is an added advantage but not mandatory. 6) Proficient in using *Eclipse and any IDE* for embedded software development. 7) Knowledge of automation and manual testing of embedded software components. 8) Understanding of IoT domain *Primary Skills:* *Embededed domain, test Automation framework, Java script/PERL/PYTHON, LinuX, C* 1) Candidate should be able to understand the embedded schematics and components (at least the basics). 2) Should have better understanding of Linux infrastructure (Basic Commands and Limitations) and using Putty for serial communication. 3) Should be proficient in automation testing on Linux environment. This may include experience in automation frameworks like Robot(China team has started automation using Robot framework) or anything relevant for automating C test scripts and/or java scripts (C and JS test scripts are already available. We may need to change the script to some extent wherever required.
