· MDX - hands-on senior to expert level (must have experience writing
cubes)
· RDLC - mid level
· SQL Performance Tuning (software layer) - mid level
· TSQL - senior level (authoring SQL objects such as process,
functions, triggers, etc).
· C# - junior level (should be able to debug and write basic code.
Must understand fundamentals)
· Parallel processing strategy
· SSIS/SSRS - senior level
· UML - mid level
· Firm understanding of conceptual, logical and physical models - must
be able to articulate the differences
Not required but a plus:
· Experience using ERWIN & Enterprise Architect
· Experience trouble shooting SQL issues in production environments

Must have:
· Firm understanding of caching models
· SQL Performance Tuning (at software level) - senior level
· Experience working with Application Architects to design systems
· TSQL - senior - expert level
· C# - beginner level (Must understand fundamentals)
· UML - mid level
· Normalization - should be able to describe up to level 3
· Firm understanding of conceptual, logical and physical models - must
be able to articulate the differences
Not required but a plus:
· Experience using ERWIN & Enterprise Architect
· Experience trouble shooting SQL issues in production environments
Additional Info:
a.. A language barrier should not eliminate a candidate
