*Requirements:* - Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Web development/Web design or Technical degree in Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ years web development experience). - Minimum 5 years web development experience. - Experience with graphic design. - Experience with Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET MVC (ASP.NET WebForms is a plus). - Experience with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, front end development. - Familiarity with User Experience Design (UX). - Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and graphic design software. - Familiarity with Responsive Design Patterns. - Experience using Microsoft SQL Server required. - Extremely detail oriented and able to follow NDOR Project Management standards. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Candidate must work onsite.
