*Desired skills and responsibilities:*
Should have atleast 9 years of Total IT experience, 3 years of SFDC
experience.
Should be certified in Dev 401. 501 certification is a plus.
Good hands on experience in – SFDC Configuration/Customization, SFDC
Administration, Apex/VF Development.
Should have worked on SFDC integration projects
Good technical knowledge of APIs and Web Services/SOA
Exposure to Dot Net and/or Java for more than 2+ years if complete exp is
not in SFDC
Should be able to review technical documentation related to integration and
data migration requirements
Should be able to maintains high quality and on-time delivery of committed
work products
Exposure to Informatica on demand, Cloud MDM and other AppExchange apps is
a plus.

Duration : 6 months(Contract to hire)
Client requires EAD,GC or USC!

Required skills:
Salesforce Administrator experience (5+ years) managing an instance with
150+ users and over 10 contact records.
As a key member of Columbia Management's Business Intelligence team, the
incumbent is responsible for leading the business-side development and
strategy of the firm's Intermediary Salesforce instance.
Individual facilitates requirements gathering and alignment with business
and technology partners, translating business needs and educating users on
features that can drive efficiency and sales effectiveness.
Role includes leading initiatives from initial concept to end user
technical training to championing usage of system in driving gross sales.
Champion of Intermediary Salesforce instance on behalf of the business.
Incumbent will translate business requirements between the business and
Information
Technology, leveraging his or her knowledge in financial services CRM best
practices.
This includes recommending and leading enhanced design, tools and training.
Individual will recommend CRM tools (development/App Exchange, etc.) that
align with firm strategy.
College or equivalent. Relevant Experience Required 5+ years.
Solid analytical problem solver with the ability to drive tech adoption and
results, includes strong presentation skills (may present to groups of
50+).
Ability to understand and communicate technology as it relates to the
business; may require ongoing product or system certifications.
Experience in providing accurate, timely  responsive services on complex
problems. Seen as trusted, go-to resource.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the
department and across business functions.
Ability to communicate technology related information, enhancement options
and clearly detail implementation processes to varying audiences.

Description/Comment:
The purpose of this role is to act as the liaison between the business and
IT organizations to provide business critical or complex technical
solutions that meet user needs and improve business performance by
providing the technical analysis of business requirements (including
translation into functional requirements), problem solving and
troubleshooting as part of a larger project team. Accountable for ensuring
that clear, concise requirements have been captured. Participate in
testing, drive issue resolution, support the implementation check-out
process and develop all procedural documentation and manuals. This role is
responsible for:
- Understanding the business processes and the interdependencies of various
systems in use.
- Facilitating interactive discussions with the business unit and
technology teams in order to achieve alignment on defining requirements.
- Gathering, analyzing, documenting and translating business requirements
into functional specifications that can be used to design and implement
solutions to meet the business objectives.
- Managing the change control and traceability processes for requirements.
- Collaborating with architects to ensure alignment of requirements with
system capabilities
- Analyzing complex system and system-related problems for the business
unit and making recommendations for improvements or new designs
- Identifying potential solutions for the business and providing input into
any risks and issues
- Creating and implementing test plans (schedule, approach, cases, scripts
and conditions, etc.), including production check out and measuring testing
performance results
- Ensuring the testing environment has sufficient test data to carry out
the full test plans
- Ensuring all quality standards and techniques are followed, including
compiling and publishing artifacts and deliverables of the Ameriprise
Project Management Methodology using the Capability Maturity Model
integrated (CMMi) methods as required
- Updating/creating user and technical documentation procedures and
manuals, operational support documentation, and archival of project
documentation.
- Identifying and communicating risks, issues and potential solution
strategies along with providing status updates to the portfolio/project
manager and/or senior leadership.

to quickly acquire the knowledge)
