*Job Title : SAP BASIS Consultant Location : Arlington, VA Duration : 6+ months Rate : $55/Hr* Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing expertise appropriate to application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution in Production and Non Production Environments of SAP at AES Technology Expertise, responsible for the conception, planning, setup, and technical support of SAP centric solutions for continuous business operations. Understanding the requirement from the business and solution architects and explaining it to the team. Coordinating manpower and aligning them to tasks via work orders to the fullest of customer satisfaction. Coordinating with global change coordinators for change requests Creation of daily task reports. Development and maintenance of system documentation. Maintain appropriate documentation (in close co-operation with the technology team) Verification and implementation of recommendations in service reports together with technology team Second level application support activities including: Investigation and resolution of incidents and problems Coordination for all production release window activities. Validations of Root cause analysis.
