Title: TIBCO Engineer with Application Installation Experience posted on 2014-11-07 17:13:27 Job Description: Application SME’s to support Application Installation -Looking for a TIBCO Engineer or admin. who is experienced with application installations, trouble-shooting and integration -TIBCO + VMware is a PLUS -Telecom -We need candidates to assume the roles for Application SME in support of application installation and environment setup. -The candidate(s) will have above average OS and IT application skills and be subject matter experts in their area of expertise (BSCS, ConceptWave, TIBCO, SAP, ECNM, EMA). Experience with RHEL, third party applications (WebLogic, Veritas, Powerpath, etal) and attention to detail are required in this role. Deep experience in troubleshooting system/application issues within their area of expertise is required. -The candidate(s) may be working independently and are expected to proactively escalate work stopping issues to their supervisor, work independently to meet schedules and resolve complex and basic issues on their own. -Issues which cannot be resolved should be referred to the Works Stream Lead. -This role/group will be required to provide third line support to ELS and Managed Services or Support through completion of the Deployment project.. Should have experience and competencies with: - Experience in installing and troubleshooting RHEL OS, third party applications and application installation procedures. - Some experience with third party applications, Oracle DB and database applications. - Experience with BSCS/ConceptWave/SAP/TIBCO/ECNM (one each) - Experience in OS patching, upgrade and solutions; basic understanding of Puppet Server. - Self-motivated and problem solving skills - Network integration strongly required.
