Please send the resumes at alb...@cncconsulting.com *Job Title: Oracle Developer w/Powerbuilder or .Net* *Location: Brooklyn, NY* *Duration: 3 years (35 hour work week)* *Client: NYC HRA* *Need 2 reference* • Provide assistance to MIS technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, database, or IT issue by themselves • Provide general programming assistance to other MIS programmers/projects using PowerBuilder 11.5 or 12.5, VB.NET and ASP.NET • Perform System Design/Coding for web application using VB.NET/ASP.NET and Oracle 11g database. • Responsible for designing, developing and consumption of web services. Work with Oracle PL/SQL, to create packages, Stored Procedures and functions. • Experience in developing web application using Visual Studio 2008 and above with VB.NET, ASP.NET and Framework 4.5 • Work with MIS staff (e.g. managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program code implementation, enhancements and changes to the existing Power Builder applications. • Create test plan for unit testing and integration testing. • Ability to integrating the browser ActiveX in PowerBuilder 11.5 or 12.5 • Responsible for doing unit testing and Integration testing for the modules developed and maintains program code. Design reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms • Experience with working COM+ objects Required Skills • Minimum 8 Years Experience with writing application software data analysis, data access using Oracle 10g database or above. • Minimum 8 Years Experience with technical and user documentation, software conversions from client server application in PowerBuilder to Microsoft .Net technology based web application. • Minimum 8 Years Experience in writing stored procedures, Functions and triggers in Oracle 10g or above for complex processing solutions. • Minimum 8 Years Experience with creating a web services and consuming the web services. • Minimum 8 Years Exposure to environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers and laptops.
